How do I cancel my account?
If you are sure that you want to cancel your account for a particular course, please contact us and we will respond to your request within one business day. You must request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
What do I do next?
Once you've contacted us to request cancellation of your account, we will review your request and refund your payment if it is still within the 7-day window from your initial purchase. This may take up to 1 business day. As long as you make your request before the 7-day time period is up, you will be refunded for your purchase.
